Plastic bottle unscramblers are used for automatic feeding to filling lines. Our machines can handle cylindrical, square and conical shaped bottles with central or offset neck position. Secondary orientation can be added as a free standing or built-in unit. Bottles with handles and/or irregular shapes can also be run on our custom tailored machines. The speeds are up to 300 BPM (bottles per minute) on the single model unscramblers, and up to 400-500 BPM on the TWIN models depending on bottle size, shape and rigidity.

The four basic models of unscramblers are CORPORAL, SERGEANT, BUGLER and TALLMAN. Each model is available in three sizes: 800, 1200 and 1500. This number reflects the diameter of the bottle sorting bowl in millimeters. The wide range of unscrambler types and sizes is the answer for different customer needs. When designing unscramblers, our priority is to produce machines that meet the requirements reflected in different bottle sizes, capacity needs and available floor space.
